missing image.dll

My window xp has a RUNDLL error- missing windows\image.dll
where do I get this file, and how to patch the image file?
 
dont you just hate people who send you to a site where you have to pay to see
the answer???

Don't you just hate people that complain about paying for
a site when the answer they wanted doesn't cost them
anything and they just can't read?
