Do they never show or does it seem to take a while for them to show?
I've seen it happen where the wallpaper appears but it seems to take a
couple of minutes for the icons and toolbar to appear. Have no idea as to
what is causing the delay.
Normally show up after a few seconds. Not this time after keying in the
password. Just the wallpaper....Definitely signed in as after hitting Alt
Ctrl Delete...able to access task manager and shut down.
