Missing Icons in Control Panel

Hi

In Control Panel under Other Control Panel Options there was three
icons/shortcuts:
Mail (Outlook XP)
Java Plug-in (Java RE 1.4.2_04)
Quick Time (QTime 6.5.2)

After SP2 I can only see the first. Why is this?
(I can see the shortcuts while I'm in classic view).
