missing fonts

I'm not sure what has happend but my computer has lost the
Arial font. Everything that was once Arial regular, is
now Arial Italic. I have been in the Fonts folder in the
control panel and I did not see Arial regular in the
folder. Is ther somewhere that I can download that font?
Is there any way to get it back on my computer? What can
I do? Thank you very much.

The ARIAL.TTF, that is missing here, can be extracted from the
Windows-CD with MSCONFIG.EXE. Start MSCONFIG via Start > Run, then
click "Expand File".
