missing files

I installed Nero program on my system. When I clicked the icon, the message
read "missing files, re-install Nero. How do I find these files, restore
them, or remedy the problem?
 
can you go to start/run/ control panel / add-remove/ click on Nero, and
see if it gives you a repair option. The other way I have found it, on
occasion, is if I try (from same location in CntlPnl) to remove, some
progs will give option of repair or uninstall.

If this doesn't work, pls reply back and we'll see what we can do to
help further.

what is your operating system?

What the name of the File?
Read this link:

To save your time if you know the file you can re-regiter it by opening the
Run command and type in:
regsvr32 name of the file here or the dll then click [OK]
Note there is a space between regsvr32_dll.
Another on the Run command type in:
sfc /scannow click [OK] and after fished Reboot you computer and see if the
burner will behave itself.

Uhh, start by actually reading what you wrote above. It tells you what to
do. If THAT doesn't work, THEN ask questions.
 
Ok mr. or mrs." smart alick", guess it's not evident that I tried what I
wrote. Not that simple, didn't work. Duh! I've re-installed this program
several times. If you aren't here to help, keep your corny comments to your
self. Thank you very much.
