Missing Files Problem related to launching SystemWorks

I have had Norton SystemWorks loaded on my computer for
some time and it has worked fine. Recently, I found that
I could not launch this program from the icon or program
menu (although live update does work?). I tried to use
the SystemWorks repair feature...this repaired some
registry errors but said I was missing two files:
"C\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional
\Runtime \0700\Intel32\DOTNetInstaller.exe" and "C\Program
Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional \Runtime
\0700\Intel32\DOTNetInstaller.exe". I have tried
uninstalling SystemWorks and reinstalling with the same
results....any help would be greatly appreciated on (1)
how to reinstall the missing files and how to get
SystemWorks working!! Thanks in advance
