Missing File

I am missing file hhctrl.ocx Answers given did not help. Where can I get this
file? I think it is a help file because I can't use the help button in some
of my programs.

Have a look in the following folder to see if there is a copy:

%systemroot%\system32\dllcache

If you find the file there, copy it to the %systemroot%\system32 folder.

to see if that helps:
