missing file

I lost file sysupd.exe from directory c:\windows
How do I get a replacement?
I tried to find it in the original windows xp CD but it
is not there.
Anybody knows?

Sysupd.exe does not seem to be a file associated with
windows xp. But incase if it is try this:

Start-> Run-> sfc /scannow and when the system prompts
for a cd, insert your operating system cd
