missing file

I need to know how to replace,
C:\ProgramFlies\CommonFiles\Installshield\Professional\Run
Timme\0701\Intel32\DotNetinstaller.exe. Necessary file
is,mscore.dll
 
MSCORE.DLL is not a Windows/System32 XP Home Edition file. It may be in XP Professional. Otherwise it may have come from a 3rd party application that you've installed.
 
Think they mean mscoree.dll, which is a .net framework file.
