Missing file wrapper.dll

When I run a project I get the message
System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll is missing.
I can find the file on my computer.

It should be in your <windows>\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727 folder.
Try reinstalling the framework if it's not there.
