missing file in sp2

Hi,

I am trying to install a bluetooth dongle. The install programme for the
drivers is asking for a file that is located in service pack 2- "ksuser.dll"
1) how do I find it, and then allow the install programme to access it?
2) very obscure/scarce results from ms knowledge base

Go to: Start>Search>Files and Folders>type ksuser.dll and click Search.
You should find several copies on your harddrive and not the SP2 disk.
If for some reason you cannot find one, here's a free download.
