Missing File-gapi32.dll

Hi, I'm not very knowledgeable about Windows. I have Windows 2000, Office XP. At shut down, I've recently been getting a problem mssg so I ran Norton Disk Doctor which found but can't correct the following 2 errors
C:/Winnt/system32/mapisrvr.exe cannot access nec file: gapi32.dll (when I did a system search for this file, it is listed)

C:/ProgFile/CommonFiles/Installshield/Profess/RunTime/0701/Intel32-DotNetInstaller.exe: missing: mscor

You can safely ignore the gapi32.dll error... it's a bug in the norton
software.
(Gee... I would think they'd have it fixed by now... it's been a couple of
years since I learned that from their tech support people... hmm... and I've
still got mine faithfully ignored
Right click on the item (in WinDoctor) and select "ignore".

Regarding the missing mscore... can't give a definite answer.
