Missing everything from vista mail

Missing mail, contacts, everything

When I open my vista windows mail everything is missing, I can still access
my mail from the bigpond website but if I try to get to my mail through
windows mail, everything is missing!! can someone please help?

This question have many answer:
1- You received email with many spam or phising
2- your received email with virus or with problems of safety, so the windows
safety program clean your emails.
3- setting up of windows mail is not correct. check.
