Missing entry point error message

I get the following message whenever I start my computer:
The procedure entry point ??0QString@QAE@PBD@Z coulod not be located in the
dynamic link library QCOMUTIL.dll

Hi Ems,
It is a Quicken Software Error message, try to uninstall and Remove all
traces for the Quicken, then try to Reinstall but don't download the Update
while the installation procedure is still installing say NO for the Updates
on Installation.
Also try to scan for malwares on your Computer.
