missing dll files

im getting these messages when i try and use some
programs my printer, cam, windows media, dvd player.some
games etc...the messages are c:windows\system32
\igxfsrvc.dll . crogramme files\common
files\microsoft shared\worksshared\1033\wkgl 60. dll
c:windows\system32\dinput.dll C:windows\system32
\ Cannot access one or more required files. THE
FILES MAY HAVE BEEN REMOVED ,DELETED,OR MOVED. tRY
REINSTALLING WORKS AND START UP PROGRAM AGAIN.....I tried
re installing my printer my cam and windows media
player but it wont install
