Missing dll file

Norton Win Doctor is telling me that I'm missing file
mscoree.dll. Could have gotten zapped recently when I
had the first (and only)incidence of The Blue Screen of
Death. Can anyone tell me how I can replace this file?
I have the Windows XP disc, but not sure how to find the
file I need.

Google searches are faster than newsgroups most of the time.

you can get mscoree.dll from a bunch of sources on the net but not sure you
need it. anyway, go to google and type in mscoree. you'll be amazed at how
many places come up that have this file or just go driverguide.com
