missing dll file

I use Norton Utilities and it is now telling me that the
file 'mscoree.dll' is missing and that it is a problem
of 'medium' importance.
Norton Utilities then fails to repair or recover the file.
Does anyone know how I can recover this file or where I
can download it from?
