Missing Display Properties Tabs

I noticed last night that I'm missing the Display
Properties tabs. If I select a new Theme and hit Apply
the tabs reappear. But after saving the new settings,
closing the window and then re-opening Display Properties
again, the tabs are missing again. I can get them to
appear by changing Themes again. I downloaded the latest
Nvidia driver but still have the same condition. Any
suggestions?
