Missing Desktop Tab.

Desktop tab is missing in Display Properties. How can I
make it return? I have looked in gpedit.msc to verify
that HideDesktop tab is disabled and the Prevent changing
Wallpaper is disabled. However the Desktop tab will not
return.

Look in the right pane for a value called NoDispBackgroundPage. This entry,
if it exists is set to a value of 1. Change it to 0 (double click where it

Delete. This has the same effect as setting it to 0.
