missing ctor.dll file..can't use the add/remove programs..

hi there! i've been trying to use the add/remove program
feature to remove some unused items and i keep getting an
error message saying the following file is missing:
c:\progra~1\common~1\instal~1\engine16\intel3~1\ctor.dll

anyone have any advice for me? tia!

Hi, Reinstall the program you are trying to remove (this

will replace any missing files)then try to uninstall them
again.
