Missing 'Copy Here as Task with Shortcut' in Outlook 2003

Right click on email message and drag to TASKs folder

It should have 'Copy Here as Task with Shortcut'

I have not applied Office SP1 yet.



But this feature existed in earlier versions and seems to be missing in 2003

Any MVP's or otherwise have an answer for this ?
