Missing components in Control Panel

"Switch to classic view" disapeared on the left side in the Control
panel.Where can I find it?
 
To display links to common tasks in folders:

-- Open Folder Options in Control Panel:
-- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
-- Double-click Folder Options
-- On the General tab, under Tasks, click Show common tasks in folders.

This is OK,but there is no an icon"Switch to Classic View"in the left side on
the Control Panel folder.
