missing address bar

I seem to have misplaced my address bar on Internet
explorer. According to the info on "view" it should be
there, I think I may have accidentally uninstalled it. Can
anybody help me please?
 
Hi Ziggy,

Check that another toolbar is not sitting on top of it by dragging them
around.
