Mirrored sets

I am unable to set up a mirrored set on Windows 2000
Server with two IDE hard drives. The selection is greyed
out. I need help. Please
 
You need dynamic disks to create a mirrored volume and another volume as
unallocated space of the same size or greater on another disk.
