I want to mirror image C: drive to my new D: drive Seagate software
recognizes both drives but wont copy. I have noticed that in My
Computer,Manage,Disk manage that neither of my drives have drive letters
asigned to them. How do I get this utility to asign drive letters to my
drives so that I can make the mirror image

Most drive copy programs are run from a bootable floppy or CD not from
within windows. You connect the new drive and then boot with the disc and
copy the old drive to the new drive. Have you read through the documentation
for your drive copy program?

If your new drive is not yet partitioned no drive letter will be assigned to
it.
