I have a coworker that (only on his cpu)can't minimize
excel. He can minimize the worksheet, but not the entire
program. I have looked throught the toolbars, options, &
customize menus, but have not found an 'option' to fix
this. I have never seen excel do this before - is there
anyone out there that has a suggestion for this "I'm ready
to pull my hair out" issue??

Re-load Excel from the source disk. It sounds like you have a corrupt
file. This should take you less than 15 minutes provided you ahev the
disks.

Not sure if your coworker is clicking on the right
minimize button. Normally, one should see on the top
right corner two sets of browser controls (one set is
above the other). If your coworker is selecting the
minimize button at the top right-hand corner, the entire
program should disappear. If not, right-click on the
Excel button (little window) on the bottom toolbar (or
where your applications toolbar is located). Check to see
if minimize what options you have available and let us
know so we can further assess the issue.
