Windows XP minimizing startup applications

Is there a registry entry I can type to minimize a program that opens up when the computer starts?


I need the belkin monitor open but would rather have it in the system tray than on the screen.

It is already in the system tray and on the screen during boot up.

hello iam shah from pakistan which operating syatem u r using ? u can configure ur startup by using "msconfig" command what u do is to just open ur startup then open run then type msconfig there now u got utility .here u can manage ur startup options u got startup option there just uncheck those softwares u wont see at ur startup . i think this is all
