Minimize Windows XP Scheduled Task

Is there anyway to minimize a scheduled task in Windows XP? I have a
disk utility running every 10 minutes but am frequently heckled by the
window that pops up everytime.

Rather than minimising this task, you should run it under
a different account so that it becomes totally invisible.
