Minimize, Maximize/Restore down, Close buttons in 2007

Where did the Minimize, Maximize/Restore down, Close buttons in 2007 for the
document go? Can they be restored to the right side of the tab area as they
are in Excel?
 
Click the Office button, and then click Word Options. In the Advanced
category, clear the "Show all windows in the Taskbar" option, and click OK.
 
Thank you for the quick response. I looked at all the word options but did
not associate that option with the buttons. Thanks again!
