Minimize, Maximize and Close buttons for documents

In Word 2007 what happened to the minimize, maximize and close buttons for
the document? It still exists in Excell 2007 but I don't see it in Word 2007.
I would like to have it back. Is there a way to do so? Please advise ASAP.

Click on the Office Button, then on Word Options in the bottom border of the
dialog and then on Advanced and in the Display section, uncheck the box for
"Show all windows in the Taskbar".
