minimize form and exit application

hi, i have a form with no minimize box and i want to minimize the form in
order to leave the application. how do i do it? is this the correct way to
leave the application?
 
if you enable the minimize box on the form, when it is tapped, the application will be minimized, or sent to the back of the z-order of running applications. it will still be running in the background and visible in list of running programs
