min max values on horizontal axis

i'm saving a custom floating bar chart, but can't find a way to set the
horizontal axis min/max values
to values from the current spread sheet, the dialog box to set those appears
only to accept integers
and therefore no cell references, i looked in vba but didnt see anything
there that looked like it could do it
