Milo: How do I colorize inbox items from certain people?

In Outlook 2000, I had found a setting to set all mail from a certain client
to blue so it would jump out at me.

I recently upgraded to 2003 and can't find this option.

Is it no longer there or am I just not finding it. Thanks!
