Who's Mike? And why would you ask for help only from him in a public
newsgroup, and hence lessen your chances of getting help at all?

That said, what kind of mail server are you connecting to?

member.

OK - another little piece of unsolicited advice -when you post in here,
always include your version, SP level, and mode (if applicable) of Outlook -
you can find this information in Help | About. Also include the type of mail
account(s) you use and any other pertinent details. Be sure to put a consise
summary of your question in the subject line, and the full details in the
body of your post.

this includes, how you connect to the Exchange server - MAPI? RPC over HTTP?
What are you logging into on the computer itself? If you are not logging
into the domain (or a trusted domain0 on this computer, but are logging into
a local account/another untrusted domain, you will need to enter the
credentials for the domain hosting the Exchange server - that's just how it
is.

dear Lan,
My user , use Xp pro SP2, with outlook 2003 standart edition.
He is logging into the computer as user of my domain.
our exchange server is located in remote area/other domain.

i have set the outlook to remember user's pass.

Your Outlook 2000 user is not using RPC over HTTP to connect to the Exchange
server, because that isn't possible in that older version. I don't know that
you can make Outlook 2003 remember the password to connect to Exchange that
way.

If nobody else replies in here with another answer, try posting in
microsoft.public.exchange.clients - and provide *all* the detail in the
first message so there isn't a lot of guessing required.
