Migrating User Profiles from One Domain To Another

I have an old server with many users in an ad domain and this needs replacing. I have installed new hardware and installed AD and changed the computer name and domain name to something that is more logical. I just wanted to know if there was any way to export all of the users and reimport into the new domain keeping the sids intact if possible to make life a little easier when the change happens
