Migrating Outlook 2003

Hi

Could someone please help me with a definate guide on migrating Outlook
data - mail, contacts, everything - from one system to another (or, in my
case, to the same system with a new motherboard) ?

Last time I tried I simply copied the .pst files, and it didn't work very
well at all. I'd like to know what the actual procedure is.
