migrating from 2003 to 2007 AND new computer

I bought a new computer and installed 2003. Before I configured, I decided
to upgrade to 2007. I would like to move all my saved messages to the new
computer and the updated software. It's important I move the messages in
addition to the contacts and calendar. Can anyone tell me if this can be
done, and if so, how?
