I recently had to reinstall XP on a machine. Isaved all the files and setting
to a USB removeable hard drive. Now having reinstalled XP I get an error
message that there are no migration files on the hard drive. When I look at
the hard drive there are two files one looks like a data file and the other
looks like a compressed version of all the files that used to be on the
machine. Has anyone seen this problem? Is there a way of uncompressing these
files
Thanks

What service pack level was the PC at that you migrated the files from?
