Migrate Outlook 2003 profile?

We have several users who have Outlook 2003 installed on their local
workstations. This was done in part to improve performance and reduce
the load on our Citrix servers. Also, the version installed on the
Citrix farm was 2000.

We are rolling out new, much more powerful servers in a new farm and
they will be running 2003. I will want to migrate many of these users
back to the client/server environment. How do I take their local
profiles (configuration, contacts, etc.) and migrate it to their Citrix
account?

Let me ask this in a more general way:

How do I migrate an Outlook 2003 profile/setup from one computer to
another? The mail is stored on an Exchange server.

The Microsoft Office Tools Save My Settings Wizard, perhaps?
