How can I migrate all of my Outlook folders from Outlook98
on my old PC to Outlook2003 on my new PC?
Copy the Personal Folders file (usually C:\Windows\Outlook.pst) from the old
machine and put it on the new machine's HDD. If you use a CD to do the
transfer, you'll have to remove the "Read-only" attribute from the file once
it's on the new PC. Use Outlook to open the file (File>Open>Outlook Data
File>Personal Folders File). Move things around between folders if you
want. All done.
