Possibly, export the data as text or a CSV file, and import that file into
Works.

Not very easily; oddly enough, these two Microsoft databases don't talk to
each other directly. What you can do is use File... Export to export the data
to either Excel format of comma-separated-values text; either of these can be
imported into Works.
