i'm running XP Professional on my workstation and today for some reason, i
cannot open up an excel spreadsheet from a customer whom i've received in
the past. error message reads: unable to read file. can someone help me
with this.
 
New files downloaded onto your system will not run unless you rightclick the
file, Properties, and click the "Unblock" button (e.g. a htm file that runs
activex)
