Microsoft's view on High Court case

According to http://www.drobe.co.uk/riscos/artifact1543.html there is
a High court case involving the Office of Fair Trading (London) trying to
stop a criticism of their lack of action on the Microsoft monopoly. As this
case will damage Microsoft reputation if it is associated with it, will
Microsoft condemn the OFT, who are spending thousands of pounds of tax
payers money trying to close a website. Which they could have done through
Nominet already if successful, for 750+vat.
