Microsoft Works 7.0

When I launch Works I can no longer find the option for an envelope. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled the software from the disc but it still isn't
there

You might want to ask in the Works newsgroup. This one is for the
Windows XP OS. Here is a list of MS public newsgroups:
