Hi Jarrod,

By gaps you means spacing between lines, if yes then check your paragraph
setting
space before and after, set it to auto or 0, as per your need.

I hope I understood your problem, if not do let me know, I shall tey to help

Do not use the First Style (in the Style box), use the one next to it which
says "No spacing" underneath. The Default (the leftmost has a style which
has space below)
