Microsoft Word - Track Changes

Dear all,

I've one file which is using Track Changes function.
After I accepted & save the file, and put the file into "final".
This file is located at server.
When we try to open this file, it still prompt out that file still in
ammeding status.
Suppose all the computer should show the same status with the author of this
file.

Pls advice.

Hiding markup (which is what you are doing when you switch from "Final
Showing Markup" to "Final" view) does not remove the markup. To do this, you
must use Accept All Changes in Document and Delete All Comments in Document.

FYI, Yes, I aware of this. From my PC, when i select "final showing markup"
to "final", Markup has been removed in author pc.

but other user in the network when try to open this file,
It prompt out the markup even thought author agreed & already saved & accept
all changes.

Pls advice.
