Microsoft Word Busy or Not Found

Microsoft Outlook 2002 will not use Word anymore to edit
emails and I get an error message saying "Microsoft word
cannot be used to edit emails because it is busy or
cannot be found."

It is not busy and I know exactly where to find it.

eek. Help?
