Where do I find this software? I have gone through all my technet CD's and
for the life of me I cannot find it! I was hoping to get some hands-on
experience converting a physical server to a virtual one.

what exactly are you wanting to do?? are you after vwware? ms doesnt
release this sort of software try real vnc viewer or real vnc server..
otherwise elaborate your question more.

well, if that's true that's a bunch of horse$%#%!!! I paid a pretty penny for
a technet subscription. They should include this software with it. How do I
file a grievance?

I have no idea. I have a TechNet Plus subscription and so I know that
WinPE doesn't come with it. Contact TechNet subscriber help or look
around on Microsoft's website.

and the sad thing is that criminals are just downloading it off
limewire :-(
