microsoft visual c++ runtime library

I have been getting an error message, program: "c:\program files\microsoft
intellipoint\point32.exe". this application has requested the runtime to
terminate it in an unusual way. Anyone know what this is about and how to
fix it. I have winxp pro.

Try removing then reinstalling the mouse driver.
 
keep getting

microsoft visual c++runtime library error program:c:/windows/
system32/msha.exe only in users accounts.

please help can't find answer'
