Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error

Every so often i have this error pop up after an error
occurs when I'm browsing. I'm pretty sure nothing is wrong
with the website, for it happens when I'm on my University
website also. The program that has an abnormal program
termination is WINLOGON.EXE. Any suggestions on how to fix
it? I have all the updates for Explorer. Thanks.
